I mentioned this on the last Elwood I posted but just so everyone else is aware: I'm going to be taking another (short) mental-health break. I'm starting to think that I should just take smaller ones on a regular basis instead of waiting until I'm on the border of a breakdown every time...which sounds really obvious now that I say it out loud. :roll: I'll be back relatively soon; in July. Among other things I'll be doing is trying to cut back on my usage of "screens", in general. It occurred to me that I cannot remember the last time I drew something on paper or actually went outside to sketch something live instead of just googling a reference image and working from it on my computer. Of course, I'm not criticizing digital work - and that is what I'll be doing when I come back - I just personally feel like I've "lost" something, if that makes any sense. :shrug: So, yeah - Just going to clear my head for a bit.
